I must confess that I'm a bit of a social networking addict. I've used many of these tools for years now, to connect with family, friends, and colleagues scattered around the globe. For us genealogists, this is a dream come true, and has really accelerated my research progress the last few years.
So, I'm always eager to find ways to mesh my social networking connectivity by posting updates to multiple platforms in a single attempt.
In this attempt, I'm testing out Drupal's Twitter module.
The module (I'm using version 5.x-1.x-dev since I power this site off Drupal version 5.3) is still just a development snapshot, not an official release, and doesn't provide any real documentation. Fortunately, I stumbled on a handy tutorial from a fellow developer that got me going.
So, here goes nothing... my first Drupal to Twitter test.

Test status: Success!
The Twitter module test worked. My blog post title and url successfully displayed on my Twitter feed, which fed into my Facebook status. Very cool!
